As a result, every installation is guaranteed to be fully calibrated, eliminating quality control issues due to nozzle alignment errors

Chemical corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant quick-release nozzles can be made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (containing 25% fiber), carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene (containing 40% fiber) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Both have the advantages of high strength, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and both can prevent caking and accumulation of flushing fluid. Ideal for washdown, rinse and cleaning applications requiring phosphates, acids, solvents and other aggressive solutions. Among them, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene has a high temperature resistance of 82°C, carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene has a high temperature resistance of 120°C, and polyvinylidene fluoride is a high-purity material without pigments, which can keep the processing environment highly purified. Heat resistance up to 148°C
4. A wide range of flow options. The nozzle body can have three specifications: 1/8″, 1/4″ and 3/8″. The inner 0-type NBR sealing ring ensures the absolute seal between the nozzle body and the nozzle.
