Design Features<\/p>\n

3. Impact radius: 1.8m, spray angle: 70-150\u00b0, wetting radius: up to 4.5m, liquid supply pressure: 1.8-4bar<\/p>\n

4. Retractable CIP nozzle, the nozzle head is flush with the inner wall of the equipment that needs to be cleaned when not in use (spray drying chamber, cyclone separator, fluidized bed, storage tank, pipeline, etc.), and the retracted position will not interfere during operation process and eliminate product entrapment. During operation, water is pumped under pressure to the nozzles, which forces the nozzle heads into the correct position to clean the device. Once the water supply is stopped, the spout automatically retracts to its starting position.<\/p>\n
